In the heart of Lenno, inside the Pola residence, just a few steps from the beach, RIVA DI LENNO enjoys a truly privileged location: it stands at the end of the village promenade, among bars and restaurants, right next to the boat landing, so you can get around the lake comfortably without using a car.
Upon entering, a small hallway leads to the different rooms. Opposite the entrance is the double bedroom, comfortable and carefully furnished, with a splendid view of the large, tree-filled garden surrounding the residence. On the left, an arched opening leads to the living area, made up of a cozy living room with a sofa and a wooden dining table, and a separate kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, just like at home. From the living room, a French door opens onto the covered terrace, where you can relax while admiring a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. On the right, a classic bathroom with a bathtub and shower completes the apartment. The accommodation also has a private washing machine and air conditioning, to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

Lenno, on the western shore of Lake Como, in the municipality of Tremezzina, is one of the most charming villages on the lake, ideal for those seeking relaxation and beauty without giving up services. A few steps from the apartment you will find the beach, the lakefront with its cafés and restaurants, and the boat landing, from which ferries and hydrofoils depart for the main lakeside towns such as Bellagio, Varenna and Como. The village has preserved its historic charm, with the Romanesque Baptistery of San Giovanni Battista and the characteristic lakeside square, while the famous Villa del Balbianello is not far away, reachable with a pleasant walk. A few kilometers away you can also visit Villa Carlotta with its gardens in Tremezzo and the elegant towns of Cadenabbia and Menaggio. Walking enthusiasts will find scenic trails in the surroundings, including the Greenway del Lago di Como, which connects several villages from Colonno to Griante.
How to get here:
By car, from the A9 motorway, take the “Lago di Como” exit and continue on the SS340 (“Via Statale Regina Nuova”) for about 30 minutes until you reach the town of “Lenno”. Leave your car in the public car parks on Via Armando Diaz or Via S. Stefano. Set your GPS to reach the property.
By train, from the Como train stations “Como Lago” or “Como S. Giovanni”, take the C10 bus towards Menaggio and get off at the “Lenno - Pontile” stop (about 45 minutes). From there, the accommodation is about 100 meters away.
