On the slope of Monte Bré, like a jewel set in the mountains, stands a modern and refined two-bedroom apartment, overlooking the splendid scenery of Lake Lugano. 

The residence, conceived with refined architectural taste, opens onto a well-kept garden with a splendid view of the surrounding panorama.

The apartment welcomes its guests into a warmly coloured living room, where the sun enters abundantly, creating a cosy atmosphere. The wooden table, with its rustic character but in perfect synergy with the modern and luxurious aesthetics, lends a touch of authenticity, while designer accessories embellish the space, adding a touch of originality. The generous window opens onto spectacular views, offering views of breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky in vibrant colours behind the great mountains of the Gulf of Lugano.

Furthermore, the living room offers a double sofa bed for any additional guests (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.).

The kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer) to satisfy all culinary needs.

The bedrooms are distinguished by their delicate tones, which make resting easier and more pleasant. The master bedroom, complete with a large wardrobe, offers the possibility of immersing oneself in a tidy and relaxing environment. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has a French bed and a comfortable armchair.

The bathroom, with its shower equipped with a shower head, completes the picture of luxury and practicality, offering a daily wellness experience.

The two-bedroom apartment has a large patio, an oasis of tranquillity where the beauty of nature blends with the modernity of the environment.

The garden offers a perfect setting for family reunions or gatherings of friends. The table and chairs invite you to lunch in the open air and summer dinners under the stars; it is also equipped with two comfortable deckchairs that allow you to fully enjoy the warm Ticino summer days. 

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Guests can park in one of the outside communal parking spaces and in the marked parking garage.

The district of Brè-Aldesago (Viganello) has been part of Lugano since 1971. Its core is characterised by cobbled lanes winding between old stone houses and small gardens. At the beginning of the village, the old stone wash-house is one of the symbols of the village's history.

The Monte Bré region offers many itineraries that differ in beauty and difficulty, both for hikers and mountain bikers.

The centre of Lugano can be reached in only 10 to 15 minutes by car, but it is also possible to reach the Castagnola district by taking the funicular railway.

The Parco Ciani and the Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming pool, summer outdoor pool, lakeside beach and tennis courts, are a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 6 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) along the beautiful 'Sentiero degli Ulivi'.

How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS following Strada di Gandria or Strada 2: in 15 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, take bus n.2 (or n.4) to the stop "Lugano, Centro". From here take bus no. 12 direction "Brè, Paese" for 14 stops and get off at the stop "Aldesago, Pontaccio". In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
