This three-room apartment of 80 mq with independent entrance is located inside the brand new Residence La Promenade, a prestigious property in a constantly evolving district of Lugano Paradiso: just look out to enjoy the splendid view of the Gulf of Lugano! How to arrive:

By car: Coming from the north or south, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit: in 1 minute you reach the Lugano lakefront. Turn right at Palazzo Mantegazza and reach number 26 of Riva Paradiso. By train: From Lugano Paradiso station, walk for about 8 minutes, or call a taxi to reach the Residence in just 2 minutes.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 15.00 to 20.00. Check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. We kindly ask you to notify us 48 hours / max 24 hours before your arrival time. A member of our staff will wait for you at check-in at the time you communicate, show you where to park, how to enter the apartment, how to access the gym and cellar, and will accompany you in a short tour of the apartment, explaining how the home automation system.
