The amount will be returned to you within 5/7 days of check-out on the same credit card used for payment, once the apartment is found to be in good condition.

PROMENADE 4 is a 90 sqm three-room apartment with a large terrace from which to admire a splendid view of the lake, located inside the brand new Residence La Promenade, a prestigious property in a constantly evolving district of Lugano Paradiso. The furniture is studied in detail to welcome you in a design but also comfortable place, where the yellow color is the protagonist and warms and gives liveliness to the rooms. You will feel at home watching a movie on the large flat screen TV, seated on the gray sofa and original yellow armchairs with the whole family! The beautiful Stosa kitchen is complete with appliances and equipped with everything you need: prepare lunches and dinners like at home, to be enjoyed on the table for 4, or outdoors during the summer, on the large 70 sqm terrace furnished with table and chairs. and umbrella! This is where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets, enjoying a Ticino aperitif, and the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Lugano in the morning, sipping a coffee prepared with our pods! The apartment is ideal for families: everyone has their own privacy thanks to the two bedrooms, a large double bedroom with large built-in wardrobe, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bridge wardrobe. A few steps from the Residence is the Lido Conca d’oro, with access to the lake, swimming pool, solarium and snack bar for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs. On the opposite side of the road passes the boat of the Navigation Company of Lake Lugano, with which you can reach several places bathed by the sweet waters of the Ceresio, such as the picturesque Morcote, where to stop for an aperitif on the lakefront, and the romantic Melide, with beach and lido. You can also reach them with a private boat, several boat services allow the rental of motorboats (with and without a license). How to arrive:

By car: Coming from the north or south, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit: in 1 minute you reach the Lugano lakefront. Turn right at Palazzo Mantegazza and reach number 26 of Riva Paradiso. By train: From Lugano Paradiso station, walk for about 8 minutes, or call a taxi to reach the Residence in just 2 minutes. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 15.00 to 20.00.

Check-out from 8.00 to 10.00. We kindly ask you to notify us 48 hours / max 24 hours before your arrival time.
