PRESTIGE DU LAC 34

Feel at home even on holiday, PRESTIGE 34 will allow you to cook for your family or prepare your breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen; in summer, you can enjoy the 6-person table in the large crescent-shaped terrace that can be accessed from the living room and bedroom. In the living room, the sofa and the two armchairs which become two single bedscan accommodate all the 4 guests. The double bedroom has a large closet and comfortably contains your wardrobe even for longer stays, while the colorful bedroom has two single beds. Park your car in the dedicated area: the city centre of Lugano is only 10 minutes’ walk away, and the lakefront is just 5 minutes’ walk away! A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The apartments have private parking in the condominium garage.

Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment. Nearby: The centre is about 10 minutes walk away, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre - the main trade fair centre in the city is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction "Viganello") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at "Ponte Madonnetta" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the number 2 bus (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano Palazzo Studi" stop. Proceed for 550 m walking (7 minutes) to reach the condominium.
