PRESTIGE DU LAC 29

If you are looking for an ideal solution to visit the beautiful Lugano with your or friends, PRESTIGE 29 is a three-room apartment equipped with simple and refined pieces of furniture, quiet and full of comforts. Situated in an elegant building in one of the most famous districts of the city, this apartment has a large crescent-shaped terrace – which can be accessed from one of the bedrooms - where you can spend some time outdoors watching the city move around you and admire the mountains that surround Lugano. The utmost privacy is granted to all the guests, thanks to 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with a modern bathtub. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Nearby: The centre is about 10 minutes walk away, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre - the main trade fair centre in the city is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction "Viganello") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at "Ponte Madonnetta" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the number 2 bus (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano Palazzo Studi" stop. Proceed for 550 m walking (7 minutes) to reach the condominium.
