Discover a modern and central apartment on the 1st floor of a stately building: PRESTIGE 10 is perfect for visiting beautiful Lugano as a couple, family or group of friends, or for a short or medium working period in the business city. There's plenty of space: step into the spacious, bright living room with a new open kitchen where there's everything you need to prepare great meals, and sit on the designer couch. Dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine will allow you a comfortable and pleasant stay. A double bedroom and a single room with two beds allow to accommodate up to 4 people, and the 2 bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower, ensure comfort and privacy. Finally enjoy the beautiful city sun from the large crescent terrace that characterizes the building. PRESTIGE 10 has free private parking at your disposal!

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit.

We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Nearby: The centre is about 10 minutes walk away, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre - the main trade fair centre in the city is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help. How to arrive: If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction "Viganello") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at "Ponte Madonnetta" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the number 2 bus (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano Palazzo Studi" stop. Proceed for 550 m walking (7 minutes) to reach the condominium.
