PRESTIGE DU LAC 05

PRESTIGE 5 is a bright two-rooms apartment with garden, tastefully furnished in the renowned residential area of ​​Viganello, a few minutes on foot from the Lido of Lugano, from the lake promenade and from the Exhibition Center (exhibition hall) and a few minutes by car or bus from the historic center of the city. The sun comes in through the large window in the living room, filling the room with light and inviting you to go out into the garden: have breakfast outside or enjoy an aperitif in the summer on the patio furnished with a table for 4 people!

The large sofa, facing the flat-screen TV, is the ideal corner for watching a movie, and becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hoursas well as having a spacious master bedroom with a large mirrored wardrobe.. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room; on the table for 2 you can taste a good coffee (we leave you some coffee pods for free), but by opening it you can comfortably have lunch and dinner! The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a jacuzzi in which to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The apartments have an exterior private parking.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The centre is about 10 minutes walk away, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre - the main trade fair centre in the city is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction "Viganello") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at "Ponte Madonnetta" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the number 2 bus (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano Palazzo Studi" stop. Proceed for 550 m walking (7 minutes) to reach the condominium.
