PETIT BRÈ

Nestled in the quaint village of Bré, the flat PETIT BRÈ seems to have stopped in time, and is perfect for couples and friends who seek peace and relaxation and love hiking. The entrance is located in a small stone street where there is a beautiful historic washhouse, which has remained intact over the decades. Upon entering, you immediately notice the vintage soul of the apartment. The living room consists of a dining area, with a table for 4 in front of a large wall of windows, and the TV area, the cozy corner with sofa and television to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is simple but complete with everything you need to cook just like at home, when you don't want to enjoy the delights of the “crotti”, typical restaurants in the area. The romantic double bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe shelf for storing luggage. The bathroom with bathtub completes the flat (Attention: there is no sink!). A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The apartment does not have private parking, but it is possible to park in the public parking.

Around: The Monte Bré region offers many itineraries that differ from each other in terms of beauty and difficulty, for both hikers and mountain bikers. The village of Bré is located in a splendid panoramic position on Lake Ceresio and the city of Lugano, and has remained intact over the years, enhanced even more by the installation of works of art of various kinds in its alleys.

From Bré the city can be reached in just 10 minutes by funicular, which takes you to the Cassarate district. How to get: If you are by car, on the A2 motorway, take the Lugano Sud exit and reach Riva Vincenzo Vela. Set the GPS: in about 25 minutes you will reach the apartment. If you are by train, from Lugano station take bus N.2 “Castagnola, Capolinea” for 8 stops and get off at the “Cassarate, Monte Bré” stop. Reach the Cassarate funicular station and take the funicular to the “Monte Bré” stop (10 minutes).
