PAZZALLO 10

Relax after sightseeing, or feel at home after a day of work or study in the large and comfortable PAZZALLO 10, a spacious and bright four-room apartment. 

This large and bright four-room apartment is located in the residential area of Pazzallo, next to the LUdeS School, a 10-minute drive from Lugano. 

The spacious living room consists of the sitting area, with sofa and flat-screen TV for watching a movie and reading a book. Next to it is the dining table for 4 people, opposite the modern kitchen complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners.

From the living room there is access to the terrace, furnished with deck chairs to enjoy the fresh air and mild Ticino climate.  

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and 2 with French beds: each of the apartment's spiti can therefore have their own privacy and the right amount of space even for longer stays.

Two bathrooms, both with showers, complete the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Access:

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

PAZZALLO 10 is located near Campus LUDES and Mc Donald's, and 5 minutes drive away from the shopping centres of Grancia, including Parco Commerciale with Ikea.

How to arrive: 

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 5 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano Paradiso station take about 10 minutes on foot (about 450 m).
