The spacious living area opens onto a modern open-plan kitchen overlooking a round dining table for 4 people, complemented by distinctive cantilever rattan chairs that add a touch of contemporary style. Behind it, the salmon-coloured sofa bed brings warmth and character to the space, creating a pleasant relaxation corner while providing sleeping accommodation for up to two additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not made up before arrival so that it can be used as a sofa during the day. Bed linen, pillows and blankets are available in the wardrobe or on the nearest shelf.) A large French window allows plenty of natural light to flood the room and leads to the private balcony overlooking the quiet, tree-lined street below: a lovely spot to enjoy a break outdoors. The sleeping area features a welcoming double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe for conveniently storing clothes and luggage. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a simple, minimalist design, equipped with a hydromassage shower, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

The Palazzo dei Congressi and the Exhibition Centre are also nearby, making the apartment particularly convenient for business stays. How to get there:

By car: From the A2 motorway, take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow your GPS directions. The apartment can be reached in approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic. A reserved parking space is available in the building's underground garage.

By train: From Lugano railway station, take bus no. 2 towards Castagnola and get off at the "Lugano, Palazzo Congressi" stop after approximately 4 stops (8 minutes). From there, a short 5-minute walk will take you to the building.
