This cozy two-room apartment renovated and tastefully furnished can accommodate up to 4 people, and is the perfect base for visiting the city of Lugano and its surroundings, but also for business stays, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, reachable in a few minutes by car.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night, and overlooks the terrace overlooking the lake, furnished with a table for 4: admire the sunset over the lake from here, sipping a good Ticino wine!
The kitchen is open to the living room, complete and equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals.
The master bedroom is comfortable and furnished with a large wardrobe to hold your wardrobe.
The bathroom has a large and modern shower, where you can relax at the end of the day.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Lugano Sud motorway junction and a 10-minute walk from the Lugano Paradiso train station. The LUDES University campus is a 3-minute drive away. The area is served by many restaurants, bars, grocery stores. Lido Riva Caccia and Lido Conca D'Oro are a 5-minute drive away.
The LAC museum is 5 minutes away. The historic center, with its shopping streets, can be reached in 6 minutes by car: you can park at the Motta car park.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Sud exit and set the GPS: in 5 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, get off at the Lugano-Paradiso station. From here, take bus No. 434 (direction "Carona, Paese") for 1 stop, get off at the "Paradiso, Calprino" stop and walk for 3 minutes; or walk from the station for 12 minutes to the apartment.
