In a renowned and panoramic residential area of Lugano, Montarina Apartment is a modern and finely furnished two-room apartment that will welcome you for a couple's vacation, in a group with friends or family, but also for a business trip!

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners and to serve them on the table in the living room, used for 4 people. In the living room, the TV area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie after a day of visiting the city and its surroundings, and at night the comfortable sofa turns into a double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The master bedroom is cozy and intimate, and the wardrobe is roomy to tidy up your wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with a shower.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The apartment is in a renowned and panoramic residential area of ​​Lugano, far from the chaos but a few minutes from services, bars, restaurants. The station is only 5 minutes on foot, the historic center 10 minutes (reaching the station, you can take the funicular to the center, or continue on foot). The lakefront is an 8-minute drive away.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you are by car, take the exit of the A2 Lugano Nord motorway and follow the directions of your GPS: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. If you are by train, from Lugano Station continue on foot for 3 minutes.
