This lovely three-room apartment furnished in an original way and decorated with beautiful multicolored paintings will welcome you in its bright living room, composed by TV area, with an elegant corner sofa in black leather where you can relax watching a movie after a day of sightseeing, and the dining area, with a table for 4 people.

This room overlooks the large furnished terrace, the highlight of the house: have lunch and dinner outdoors during the summer, or prepare a barbecue with the barbecue at your disposal, admiring the beautiful landscape of the lake! From here, down the stairs, you can also access from a solarium area with deck chairs for sunbathing!

The kitchen, separate, is complete with everything you need to prepare meals, and for a quick snack but with a view there is a table for two positioned right in front of the window!

The bedrooms are 2, both double and spacious, equipped with closet to store your luggage.

The apartment is completed by a service bathroom and a larger bathroom with tub-shower.

The apartment has a private garage.


A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Montagnola is a fraction of the village of Collina d'Oro, a green and panoramic area of Lugano. The village of Montagnola is mainly known because the German writer Hermann Hesse lived here for half of his life. For literature and history lovers, the Municipality of Montagnola has set up a didactic evocative path, with eleven stations, that leads the visitor through the houses where Hesse lived and the significant places of his life.
The town centre can be reached in only 15 minutes by car.

How to get:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the exit Lugano Sud and set the GPS: in 10 minutes you will reach the flat.
By train, from Lugano station take the bus n. 436 direction "Agra, Roncone" for 9 stops and get off at the stop "Montagnola, Paese". In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the flat.
