If you want to visit Ticino with your family or with a group of friends, MOLO 46 is the perfect flat: spacious, bright, attractively furnished and with a wonderful view of Lake Lugano!

As you enter the flat, you are greeted by a large open-plan living room, consisting of the TV area, with a large flat-screen TV, a small armchair and a comfortable sofa that becomes a single bed for the night, and the corner kitchen, modern and complete with everything you need to cook like at home, with a table for 4 people.

You can have lunch and dinner here or outside, in fine weather, on the large terrace furnished with a table, sofa, parasol and deck chairs. The living room and bedroom balcony is also equipped with a gas barbecue, for summer barbecues in the company of friends, and is also ideal for an aperitif at sunset, admiring the colours of the sky and lake at dusk.

There is also a room dedicated to music, with a beautiful grand piano.

The master bedroom is furnished with a capacious chest of drawers for storing your wardrobe.

There are two modern, spacious bathrooms, both with showers.

The apartment is completed by a studio: here are available on request two additional beds ONLY FOR THE SUMMER PERIOD.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets.

The condominium has a common garden with direct access to the lake, with a private pier with the possibility of boat mooring.

The flat has an uncovered parking space inside the building and a covered parking space outside.

Collina D'Oro is a renowned district of Lugano, in a sunny and privileged position for the panorama of the lake and the mountains that frame it. The residential area of Collina d'Oro is served by bars and restaurants, surrounded by green areas such as Parco Castello and Parco Castagnola, and in the hamlet of Montagnola you can visit the Herman Hesse Museum, dedicated to the Germanic writer who spent half his life here.

The city centre of Lugano can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the exit Lugano Sud and set the gps: in about 10 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train, from Lugano station take the train to Ponte Tresa for 3 stops and get off at "Cappella Agnuzzo, Stazione". Then take the bus n. 433 direction "Lugano, Autosilo Balestra" for 4 stops and get off at the stop "Cantonetto di Gentilino". Walk 10 minutes.
