Relax and comfort: Minerva 406 is the perfect nest for a couple’s holiday, between friends or for a business trip in the beautiful Lugano, located 5 minutes from the lake, 3 minutes from the Lac (Museum of modern art) and 10-minute walk to the historic center!
Furnished with taste and simplicity, the bright colors and geometric textures make this bifocal original and lively.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with everything needed to prepare and enjoy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The TV area is cozy and comfortable, and the couch becomes a bed for the night.
The double bedroom is bright and offers a large wardrobe for your wardrobe.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Lakefront and Lac, the city centre and the Lugano railway station are just, respectively, 5 and 7 minutes’ away; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is served by grocery stores, café and restaurants.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Minerva Apartment doesn’t have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building.
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.2 or 4 (direction Lugano, Centro) (about 5 minutes) and get off at the "Lugano, Tassino" stop. Walk for about 1 minutes to get to the building.
