The sofa turns into a double bed for 2 additional guests. From the and bright double bedroom, it is possible to reach the garden through the French door. In the bedroom, there are two single beds and a sofa in the livingroom that turns into an additional bed. In the bathroom, the large modern shower will help you relax after a day spent at the lakefront, doing shopping and visiting museums or in the office.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

 Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Nearby:

Lakefront and Lac, the city centre and the station of Lugano are, respectively, 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building, there is a grocery store.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini, or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or No. 4 for 2 stops (5 minutes) until "Lugano Loreto" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the bus stop. If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Maraini Giardino doesn’t have a private car park, but you can park in the public parking lots near the building.
