MANSARDA GENTILINO welcomes you on the top panoramic floor of an elegant building, located in the quiet Lugano district of Gentilino, and can accommodate up to 9 people.

You’ll enter directly via a stylish elevator that opens into a large hallway, where you'll find a first sitting area with a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV. From here, you access the spacious living room: the TV area is furnished with a large sofa—perfect for relaxing while watching a movie together—and can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The dining room features a large table for 10 people, which hides a surprise: it can be opened and transformed into a pool table for unforgettable leisure moments. Feel at home in the spacious kitchen, modern in style yet classic in taste, fully equipped for preparing lunches and dinners. In the warmer months, enjoy outdoor meals on the large furnished terrace, surrounded by blue skies, green hills, and the intense blue of Lake Muzzano. The two bedrooms offer all the necessary comfort: one triple room with a double and a single bed, and one double bedroom, both equipped with large wardrobes ideal for longer stays. The apartment includes two bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a whirlpool tub, perfect for relaxing after a day discovering the wonders of Ticino.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment includes 2 private parking spaces in the garage.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The apartment is located in Gentilino, a small hamlet in the municipality of Collina d’Oro. Next to the building is a farm that breeds beautiful purebred Arabian horses, offering direct contact with nature and the equestrian world.

Collina d’Oro is a green, scenic area that’s part of the Lugano hills. Its most famous hamlet, Montagnola, is best known for being the longtime residence of the German-speaking writer Hermann Hesse. For literature and history lovers, the municipality has created an educational trail with eleven stops that guide visitors through the homes where Hesse lived and the places he cherished. Lugano city center is easily reachable in about 15 minutes by car, making the area ideal for those who seek peace and quiet without giving up proximity to the city.

How to get there:

By car: from the A2 motorway, take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS – you’ll reach the apartment in 5 minutes.

By train: from Lugano station, take the train towards Ponte Tresa (S60) for 3 stops and get off at “Cappella-Aguzzo”. Walk about 10 minutes to reach the apartment.
