Enjoy the wonderful view of Lake Lugano from the windows and the lovely balcony of Luxury Studio Morcote, an elegant one-bedroom lakefront apartment in Morcote: with a double bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.

Located in an elegant building on the lakefront of the village, this flat welcomes you in a large open space with warm tones. In the dining area, the modern corner kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners while watching a movie on the flat screen TV, and to enjoy them on the table for 4. 

In the living area, the leather armchair and sofa create the perfect corner for chatting with friends or reading a book while admiring the view of the lake. The sofa also doubles as a double bed for the night. 

Walk barefoot across the beautiful honey-coloured parquet floor to the bedroom - you can even see the wonderful landscape while lying on the double bed! Here the wardrobe and chest of drawers are ideal for storing your wardrobe, even for longer holidays.

After a day of sightseeing, relax in the beautiful shower of this original bathroom, decorated with a brown mosaic.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

The flat does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the public car parks along the street or in the large communal car park (parking charges apply).

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Access:

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

Surroundings:

Morcote is one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, also called the "Pearl of Ceresio". 

Visit the beautiful Scherrer Park, with rare botanical species and various exotic plants. Don't miss the Church of Santa Maria del Sasso, the monumental staircase and the Torre del Capitano.

Stroll along the lakeside promenade and under the arcades, discovering the shops, boutiques and restaurants, and reach the bathing area in just 5 minutes. From the port of Morcote, you can buy boat tickets and visit the various tourist destinations on the lake.

How to get there:

If you arrive by train, from Melide train station take bus N.431 (direction Lugano, Autosilo Balestra) for 7 stops (approx. 11 minutes) and get off at the stop "Morcote, Piazza Grande". Walk for about 2 minutes (180 m) to reach the building. 

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the exit "Melide" and follow the GPS directions: in 8 minutes you will reach the flat. Before the village, coming from Melide, at the beginning of Morcote, there is a big sign on the right indicating a municipal car park, where you can leave your car at a convenient rate. From there, walk 200 m to reach the flat.
