This spacious luxury five-room apartment has tastefully and stylishly chosen furnishings and finishes. As you enter, you will be welcomed into the open plan living room, with a 6 seater corner sofa for watching a film with friends on the large flat screen TV, ideal for 'movie nights'. The sofa also opens out into a double sofa bed for sleeping.
Next door is the dining area, with an elegant table seating 10, for lunches and dinners with family and friends. Opposite, the modern, fully-equipped American-style kitchen with appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals just like at home; the large counter is perfect for serving aperitifs or enjoying a quick breakfast or snack!
There are 4 bedrooms, all double, spacious and furnished with a wardrobe to store the wardrobe of all guests. All rooms have a private bathroom, 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub.
The flat has a spacious L-shaped balcony, which runs around the entire property flooding it with light, from which to enjoy the incredible landscape of the Como branch of the lake.
What you'll love most in the summer season is the infinity pool, for shared use: the view from here is breathtaking, and the water will be a mirror of the sky!
At guests' disposal there is a double garage for two cars.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

Carate Urio is located on the western shore of the Como branch of Lake Como. This characteristic village has retained the charm of yesteryear, with its cobbled lanes, old terraced village houses, historic villas and stone stairways of Moltrasio.
Carate Urio is located next to the famous village of Laglio, only 10 minutes from Cernobbio and its renowned Riva, and 20 minutes by car from Como.
In the village, just a few minutes from the house, there is a post office, a bank with ATM, a grocery shop, bars and restaurants.
A few minutes from the house, going down the lakefront, there is the boat stop that connects the country with Como and with other picturesque villages on the lake, such as Torno, Argegno, Menaggio.
The Swiss border is also very close: 15 minutes away are the Chiasso and Pizzamiglio customs posts for entering Ticino.
How to get there:
From the A9 motorway, take the exit "Como Lago", continue past the Bennet shopping centre in Tavernola and take Via Regina Nuova (SS340). In 10 minutes you will reach the flat.
By train, from the station S. Giovanni take the bus C10/C20 direction Colico-Menaggio and get off at the stop "Urio-Ponte" (about 20 min). On foot, you will reach the flat in 3 minutes.
