Situated on the second floor, the apartment welcomes guests into a spacious and bright living area with a dining table and a cozy relaxation corner featuring a sofa and TV, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments together. From here, there is access to two charming balconies offering a lovely view of the Ticino mountains. The separate kitchen, designed in white and neutral tones, is functional and fully equipped, providing everything needed to cook comfortably, just like at home. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, both furnished with large wardrobes and practical bedside tables, ideal for organizing your stay. Wooden floors and furnishings throughout the apartment create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while the large windows further enhance the spaces, filling them with natural light and offering pleasant views of the surrounding greenery. The accommodation is completed by a modern bathroom with elegant marble-effect tiles and a shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment includes a private covered parking space in the condominium garage (maximum length 4.30 m).

From Minusio, Locarno can be reached via a beautiful panoramic lakeside path that passes elegant historic villas, traditional restaurants, cafés, beaches, and green areas. The route leads to the Muralto lakeside, the Locarno Lido, the Peace Park, and the famous Camellia Park, one of the region’s most appreciated botanical attractions. Locarno railway station can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, while both Lungolago Giuseppe Motta and Locarno’s historic center—with its shops, cultural events, and renowned Piazza Grande—are about 10 minutes away. By car, from the A2 motorway take the Bellinzona Sud exit toward Locarno and continue along Via Cantonale and the A13 in the direction of Locarno/Tenero. Setting the GPS to the Orselina/Brione s/M/Muralto/Minusio exit, you will reach the apartment in about 5 minutes.
