LUCA’S HOME is the ideal choice for those who wish to explore Como on foot, staying in a quiet residential area just a few minutes from the historic center, the lakefront, shops, restaurants, and main public transport connections.

The apartment features a bright open-plan living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating up to two additional guests. Next to the kitchen, there is a practical storage room with a private washing machine and extra space for luggage and personal belongings, an especially convenient feature for longer stays. The spacious double bedroom is furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a mirror, providing all the space needed to feel at home. The accommodation is completed by a functional and comfortable bathroom with a shower.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

Staying at LUCA’S HOME, you will be in a strategic location just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and the city’s main attractions. A pleasant 10-minute walk leads to the pedestrian area, where charming cobbled streets bring you to Piazza Duomo, dominated by the majestic Como Cathedral and the historic Broletto, and Piazza Volta, one of the liveliest areas of the city, full of cafés, restaurants, and outdoor venues. Continuing towards the lake, you reach Piazza Cavour, an elegant meeting point directly on the water and the main pier for Lake Como ferry services, with connections to famous destinations such as Cernobbio, Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna. The Giardini a Lago, the Tempio Voltiano, and Villa Olmo, a beautiful neoclassical villa surrounded by a large lakeside park, are also easily reachable on foot or by bike. Walking along the scenic Viale Geno lakeside road, you reach Villa Geno and the funicular station to Brunate, the famous panoramic balcony over Lake Como. For walking enthusiasts, just 800 meters from the apartment begins the historic Como–Brunate Stairway, a scenic route that reaches the village in about one hour. How to get there:

By car, from the A9 Como Centro motorway exit, follow signs to the city center via Via Napoleona. The apartment is about 10 minutes away.

By train, Como Borghi station is about 500 meters away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. From Como San Giovanni station, take bus N.5 and get off at “Como - Don Guanella” (7 stops, about 5 minutes). From there, the property is about 400 meters away.
