Situated on the tenth floor and featuring pleasant views over the lake and the city, this studio apartment stands out for its simple and minimalist décor. The open-plan living area includes a TV area with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the region. Next to it is the dining area with a table for four people and a fully equipped wooden kitchen with everything needed to prepare favorite meals. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub.

High-quality bed linen, towels, and a courtesy kit are provided.

You will also find a welcome basket with essentials for your first breakfast.

Locarno is one of the jewels of sunny Ticino, overlooking the shores of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the lake, in an area with bars and restaurants for every taste. About 300 meters away is the Lido di Locarno with the Termali Salini Spa and the BLU Restaurant & Lounge, an ideal place to relax. Nature lovers and walkers can easily reach Parco della Pace and the beautiful Camellia Park, famous for its seasonal blooming. Just 300 meters away is also Golf Locarno, featuring an executive course in a unique panoramic setting. The lakeside promenade and the famous Piazza Grande are less than a 10-minute walk away. Every year, internationally renowned events such as the Locarno Film Festival and the Moon&Stars Festival take place here. In the historic center, visitors can discover the Visconti Castle and the Casa Rusca Municipal Art Gallery. For breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, the Sacro Monte Madonna del Sasso can be reached on foot or by funicular railway.

How to get there:

By car, from the A13 motorway, take the Locarno exit and set the GPS: the apartment can be reached within a few minutes.

By train, from Locarno railway station, a pleasant 15-minute lakeside walk leads directly to the apartment. Alternatively, take bus no. 4 towards “Locarno, Residenza Lido” and get off at “Locarno, Scuola Media” (5 stops). The apartment is then just a 3-minute walk away.
