The living area features a practical concealed kitchenette and a dining table, while the sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed. The true highlight of the apartment is the spacious balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors, having an aperitif at sunset or simply taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the residence. The property is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine, making it particularly convenient for longer stays as well.

Dervio is an ideal starting point for exploring Lake Como and its surroundings, with beautiful landscapes, charming villages and plenty of outdoor activities. Just a short walk from the apartment, the Dervio lakeside promenade offers beaches and areas where guests can relax or enjoy water sports such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. Bellano, famous for its spectacular Orrido gorge, can be reached in just 5 minutes by car, while Varenna, one of the lake’s most picturesque villages, is approximately 15 minutes away. From Varenna, as well as from other points along the lake, ferries can be used to conveniently reach some of Lake Como’s main destinations, including Menaggio, Bellagio and Como, turning every excursion into an opportunity to admire the lake from a unique perspective. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Sentiero del Viandante, a historic panoramic trail running along the eastern shore of the lake, while those wishing to venture further can reach Valtellina and its mountains, an ideal destination for hiking, nature and outdoor sports throughout the year.

By car, follow the SS36 del Lago di Como e dello Spluga and take the Dervio exit. Using a GPS, the apartment can be reached in approximately 5 minutes.
By train, from Lecco railway station, take the R13 train towards Sondrio and get off at Dervio station. The property is approximately a 7-minute walk from the station.
