In the renowned town of Cernobbio, in a quiet and panoramic residential area, LAKE COMO IL FLAT is located inside a modern villa with futuristic lines that seems to rise from a hill, surrounded by the green mountains of Como.
Here you will find the perfect nest for your holidays as a couple or family, but also the peaceful haven for a business trip to relax after a day of fairs and congresses.
This comfortable two-room apartment is tastefully decorated in shades of white, decorated in an original way and with attention to detail. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa to watch a movie on TV 50 '', which becomes a double bed for the night.
The fully equipped kitchen is open and looks towards the living room, and there is a table for 4 for lunch and dinner.
Even on the furnished patio outside the apartment there is a table for 4, where you can have breakfast or an aperitif outdoors in the summer, enjoying the mild climate of Lake Como. The master bedroom is cozy and romantic, with a wardrobe with two doors and a chest of drawers to store all your wardrobe. The apartment ends with a modern bathroom with shower.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

LAKE COMO FLAT is the excellent starting point for visiting Como and its lake, but also for the numerous fairs of Villa Erba and for reaching Switzerland in just a few minutes. In 1 minute by car and 3 minutes on foot you will reach the historic center of Cernobbio, with its Riva, the restaurants and the elegant shops. In 10/15 minutes you can reach the center of Como. The small harbor of Tavernola is 5 minutes away, from where you can take boats to the city center and to the other tourist resorts on the lake. The Bennet supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.



Access:
To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

By car:

From the A9 highway and take the Como Lago exit and set the GPS: in 5 minutes you will reach the apartment.

On the train:

From Como S. Giovanni station take the large staircase that leads to the city and cross the ring road to get to "Como, Rocchetto" stop. Take the bus N. 6 "Como, Recchi" for 11 stops and get off at "Cernobbio, Mazzini" stop. Continue on foot for 5 minutes.
