This spacious two-bedroom apartment, set in a courtyard in the historic center of the town of Lomazzo and just a few minutes' walk from the train station, is perfect for both families and couples of friends and business colleagues and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The bright open space living room consists of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa for watching a movie and chatting with friends, a dining table for 4 and the open kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home and with a peninsula counter with stools, ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs. There is also a service bathroom with toilet on this floor. Climbing the original staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Concluding the apartment is a large bathroom with a bathtub/shower.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.

The apartment has a private uncovered parking space in the courtyard yard (max dimensions: L:5.00m, W:2.50m). There are also numerous free public parking spaces nearby.

An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration.

What's nearby:

Lomazzo is located in the province of Como, halfway between the cities Como and Milan, and is strategically located for visiting Como, Milan, Varese, and reaching Malpensa and Switzerland. Lomazzo has its own train station, and by train it is possible to reach Milan in 20 to 30 minutes, Rho Fiera in 25 minutes (for the exhibition center), Como in 20 minutes. It also has two motorwayway entrances to the A9 motorway.

Worth visiting in the historic center is the church dedicated to San Siro, with its baroque style facade, and the Arco della Pace, built in 1875 and the town's main landmark, the 20th-century brick tower. 

Lomazzo is also a town well served by bars, restaurants, and stores for any need.

For lovers of haute cuisine, there is the Michelin-starred restaurant Trattoria Contemporanea.

For nature and walking enthusiasts, there are the numerous paths in the Lura Park.

Reach Como by train and get off directly at the Como Lago stop: you will find yourself facing Lake Como and be able to visit the beautiful city on foot, or take the boat to the most characteristic villages (Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Brienno, Torno, Faggeto, Bellagio, Argegno, Menaggio).

How to arrive:

By car, from the A9 motorway you can take the Lomazzo nord or Lomazzo sud exit (depending on which direction you are coming from): in 5 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, either from Milan or Como, take the regional train and get off at the Lomazzo stop: in 5 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
