IL PARCO

Situated in the business area of Lugano, a few minutes’ walk away from the Ciani park and the lakefront, IL PARCO is a two-room apartment ideal for couples or business trip. Red and yellow are the main colours of the furniture which livens up to the fully-equipped kitchen and the living room provided with a comfortable sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa) and a 4-person dining table. The living room leads to the terrace with glass railings: enjoy an aperitif prepared with local products and witness the hustle and bustle of the city below! The apartment also includes a double bedroom and a modern bathroom, where you can relax in the shower with hydromassage.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The flat has a private parking space in the condominium garage.

IL PARCO is just 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre, in an area well served by cafés and restaurants. The post office and the Migros grocery store are just 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away. The Ciani park and its villa are just 5 minutes’ walk away, and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach along the lakeshore and tennis courts in 7 minutes.

Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop "Lugano, Palazzo Congressi". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.
