A few steps from the center of Lugano, in the heart of business streets, Il Parco 4 is a bright and tastefully furnished two-room apartment, ideal for a couple's holiday or a business trip.
The living room is an open space with kitchen, fully equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals! Have breakfast in the morning light that filters through the large window or relax watching a movie on the flat-screen TV from the comfortable sofa, which can become a double bed for the night!
The double bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with a large wardrobe to tidy up your wardrobe.
The modern bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 
Free Wi-Fi for the guests.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

IL PARCO is just 10 minutes’ walk away from the centre, in an area well served by cafés and restaurants. The post office and the Migros grocery store are just 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away. The Ciani park and its villa are just 5 minutes’ walk away, and you can reach the Lido di Lugano with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach along the lakeshore and tennis courts in 7 minutes.

Access:
To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS signs: in 10/15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
If you arrive by train, from the Lugano station take bus n. 2 (direction Castagnola) for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at the stop "Lugano, Palazzo Congressi". Walk for about 5 minutes to reach the building.
