IL CORTILE DI PALMA, in the heart of Marsala, is just a few steps from the historic center and the main tourist attractions of the city.
The apartment, designed to offer an authentic and comfortable experience, consists of a spacious open-plan area that combines the living area with the kitchen, creating a bright and welcoming environment. The kitchen, in typical Sicilian rustic style, features a masonry structure with solid wood doors, enhanced by ceramic tiles in warm shades of beige and gray, with a decorative pattern on the stove and hood. The wooden dining table separates the kitchen from the living area, which is furnished with a TV and a double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or accommodating two additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa).
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a single bed, both equipped with large wardrobes and drawers to conveniently organize personal belongings. The bathroom, which recalls the style of the kitchen with its decorative borders, is complete with a shower, while the washing machine is located in a separate utility room, making the stay even more practical.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.
Guests have the access of the whole apartment.
The apartment has an uncovered private parking space in the condominium area.

The historic center is about a 5-minute walk away: strolling along the charming cobbled streets, you can visit the majestic Mother Church of San Tommaso di Canterbury, the elegant Porta Nuova and Porta Garibaldi, and the renowned Baglio Anselmi Archaeological Museum, which houses the precious remains of the late Roman shipwreck from Marausa. The area is rich in cafes, restaurants, and wine bars where you can savor Sicilian cuisine and taste the famous Marsala wine. By car: from Trapani Airport, continue along SP21. By setting the GPS, it will take about 20 minutes to reach the property. From Palermo Airport, take the A29/E90 and continue on SP21. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
By train: the Marsala station is connected to various locations in the region. From here, the apartment is about a 15-minute walk away.
