GRAPPOLI 5

If you want to visit the main attractions of Ticino, GRAPPOLI 5 is the flat for you: whether you are a couple or a family, this flat is strategically located in the village of Gudo, surrounded by vineyards, 15 minutes from Locarno and 10 minutes from Bellinzona.

You will be welcomed by a warm and spacious living room, composed of the TV area, with a sofa where you can relax watching a movie after a day of sightseeing, and the dining area, with a table for 4 people. From here, you also have access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy the mild Ticino climate in all seasons: sip a good local wine on the outdoor table!

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is modern and fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to cook just like at home.

The double bedroom is spacious and comfortable and also has access to the terrace. For storage, even for longer stays, there is a large built-in wardrobe along the corridor connecting the living and sleeping areas.

A modern bathroom with shower also completes the flat.

The flat is perfect for a family, but also for groups of friends or for business stays with colleagues: there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, both furnished with wardrobes for storage, and there are 2 bathrooms, both with shower.

Grappoli 5 has a private parking area.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

- Careful disinfection of handles, switches, remote controls

Access:
To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.


The surroundings:

Gudo is a small hamlet set in the valleys of the Bellinzona area, renowned for the production of an excellent Merlot wine, whose vines characterize the landscape.
Near the apartment you will find all the services, the area is very well served. In just 10 minutes you can reach the center of Bellinzona, while Lake Maggiore and its most famous locations, such as Locarno and Ascona, are 15 minutes away.
Among the closest attractions and naturalistic destinations, there is the Tibetan Carasco Bridge, the suspension bridge 130 m above the ground, reachable by cable car from Monte Carasso, or on foot along the paths of the valley.

How to get:

If you are by car, both from the north and south, take the A2 motorway and take exit 47-Bellinzona Sud towards Locarno. Continue on Route 2 following the GPS directions.
If you are by train, from Bellinzona station take the Autopostale bus N. 311 direction “Locarno, Rotonda” for 14 stops and get off at the “Gudo, Chiesa” stop.
