GRAPPOLI 31

Romantic hills, rows of vines laden with grapes in fine weather, the warm colours of the leaves on the vines in autumn: this is what you will admire from the large terrace of GRAPPOLI 31, a three-room apartment in a brand new building in Gudo, just 10 minutes from Bellinzona.

Entering, you are welcomed in a large open space, divided as follows: the living area, with a comfortable sofa and an armchair to chat and relax while reading and enjoying the view of the green outside, and the dining area, with a beautiful solid wood table for 6 people, perfect for lunches and dinners with friends and family. Enjoy preparing the specialities of Ticino gastronomy in the large, modern and fully equipped kitchen!

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and in both the built-in wardrobes are spacious and organised to store the wardrobe of the whole group.

The elegant bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Grappoli 31 has a private parking area.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 


Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

- DISINFECTION of the keybox and keys

- COMPLETE CLEANING of the apartment with attention to SANITIZATION of all surfaces and use of specific products
- STERILIZATION of the dishes
- Careful disinfection of handles, switches, remote controls

Access:
To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.


The surroundings:

Gudo is a small hamlet set in the valleys of the Bellinzona area, renowned for the production of an excellent Merlot wine, whose vines characterize the landscape.
Near the apartment you will find all the services, the area is very well served. In just 10 minutes you can reach the center of Bellinzona, while Lake Maggiore and its most famous locations, such as Locarno and Ascona, are 15 minutes away.
Among the closest attractions and naturalistic destinations, there is the Tibetan Carasco Bridge, the suspension bridge 130 m above the ground, reachable by cable car from Monte Carasso, or on foot along the paths of the valley.

How to get:

If you are by car, both from the north and south, take the A2 motorway and take exit 47-Bellinzona Sud towards Locarno. Continue on Route 2 following the GPS directions.
If you are by train, from Bellinzona station take the Autopostale bus N. 311 direction “Locarno, Rotonda” for 14 stops and get off at the “Gudo, Chiesa” stop.
