Waking up with the wonderful view of Lugano lake will be an unforgettable memory, staying in GOCCIA DI LAGO!

This lovely apartment is located in an elegant building in a sunny and panoramic area of Ruvigliana, a picturesque village of Lugano away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Entering, you are immediately immersed in an atmosphere of home: the colorful carpets with bright colors, paintings and canvases that decorate the apartment make the environment warm and welcoming. Relax in the living room, watching a movie and reading a book on the sofa or on the armchair, a perfect corner also for evening chats after a day of sightseeing! The sofa also doubles as a comfortable queen-sized bed for the night. (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.).

Next door, separated by a glass window, the dining area with a beautiful glass table and designer chairs: enjoy here a dinner prepared with local products in the modern kitchen, complete and equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare and serve meals.

Living room and dining area are flooded with light: it is here that you access the large terrace, furnished with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the landscape of the Ceresio and the green mountains that frame it.

The double bedroom is furnished with closet and chest of drawers to store the vacation wardrobe. Also here there is a TV.

The bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Access: This apartment with has a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be present upon your arrival, but, upon the confirmation of your booking, you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEOS of the entrance and the parking; moreover, you can call us if you need help. 

Surroundings:

Ruvigliana is a pretty village nestling in the hills of Lugano, enjoying plenty of sunshine and wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The Parco Ciani and the Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming pool, summer outdoor swimming pool, lakeside beach and tennis courts, are a 6-minute drive away; Lugano's historic centre is 10 minutes away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car, or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) along the beautiful "Sentiero degli Ulivi".

The summit of Mount Bré can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or for those who love walking in 50 minutes along one of the paths.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud junction and set the GPS following Strada di Gandria or Strada 2: in 15 minutes you will reach the flat.

By train, from Lugano railway station take the bus N.2 or N. 4 direction "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 3 stops and get off at the stop "Centro". From here, take the bus N.12 direction "Brè, Paese" for 11 stops and get off at the stop "Ruvigliana, Paese". In 3 minutes on foot you will be at the flat.
