Welcome to Foliage House, a modern-style studio apartment that combines elegance and comfort in a spacious space. The entire studio is lit by a large window, which allows natural light to flood the room, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. Upon entering, on the left you will find a large double bed, ideal for a relaxing rest. On the right, a capacious wardrobe offers ample space to store your clothes and keep the room tidy.

In the centre of the room, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax, watching a movie on the flat screen TV; behind it, a dining table for 4 people is perfect for dinners with friends or for working comfortably from home. The kitchen, located in the same room, is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: coffee machine, kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. The modern bathroom with shower completes the flat. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant climate even in summer.

Quality bed linen, towels and toiletries are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The apartment has an outdoor parking space. 

Smoking is prohibited. Any commercial activity inside the flat is forbidden.

Please note that you will enter the flat by performing a SELF CHECK-IN. After successfully completing the online registration, you will be sent an email with INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the flat yourself. In case of need, our customer service team is ready to assist you from 8:00 to 22:00 via phone, email or Whatsapp.

Nearby:  Senago, a municipality in the Milanese hinterland, offers a strategic location to access various attractions and services. Only 10 km from the flat is one of Europe's largest shopping centres 'Il Centro' in Arese, which with more than 200 shops offers a wide range of services. Milan, the capital of fashion and design, is about 20 km away and offers attractions such as the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and La Scala Theatre. The drive to the centre of Milan takes about 20/30 minutes, but it is also possible to use public transport. The Fiera di Rho, an important exhibition centre, is about 15 km away and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Senago is also close to the Groane Regional Park, ideal for walks and outdoor activities, and is home to the historic and elegant Villa San Carlo Borromeo. 

How to get there: 

By car: After travelling along the A8 motorway towards Milano Centro, at the junction take the Tangenziale Nord Milano, follow the GPS for 14 minutes before arriving at the flat. 

By public transport: Arriving at the Milano Centrale railway station walk about 10 minutes to the red underground S1 at the "Repubblica" stop in the direction of Saronno for 9 stops and get off at "Garbagnate Milanese". Then take the bus Z114 and after 6 stops get off at "Senago, p.za Borromeo 17", from there in 2 minutes walk you will be in front of the flat. Arriving instead at Milano Cadorna take the train S4 direction "Camnago- Lentate" and get off after 7 stops at "Palazzolo Milanese", from the stop "Paderno D.no fraz. Palazzolo" take the bus Z114 and get off after about 8 minutes at the stop "Senago V. Mazzini 4", in 1 minute walk you will be in front of the flat.
