Located just a few steps from the walled city, FLORISTERIA APARTMENT is a bright, elegant, and sophisticated retreat, recently renovated, where every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere.



A perfect distinction between the living and sleeping areas ensures practicality, intimacy, and maximum relaxation.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and a refined dining nook, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or intimate dinners, illuminated by a stunning lamp.

In the sleeping area, the refined design of the furnishings blends with maximum comfort: a spacious double bed and a 43-inch TV allow you to enjoy a movie in total relaxation. Despite its central location, the apartment is incredibly quiet, thanks to its view of an internal courtyard and state-of-the-art windows. The blackout curtains ensure an undisturbed rest by completely blocking out the light.

The bathroom, spacious and carefully designed, is intended to offer an exclusive wellness experience: the modern, walk-in shower is large and illuminated by natural light coming through the window, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere.

The apartment is equipped with functional amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher, designed to simplify guests' daily lives.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but several public parking options are available nearby, such as Parcheggio Centro Lago and Parcheggio Valduce, both within walking distance.

At Floristeria Apartment you are just a stone's throw from the best restaurants, shops and cafés, and you can explore the lake and the city without having to take a car, by walking or using public transport.

You can reach the historic centre of Como in just 5 minutes on foot and stroll through its cobbled streets, shops, bars and restaurants, churches and pretty squares. In 5/10 minutes you can reach: Porta Torre, one of the historical entrances to the walled city; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, one of the most famous streets for shopping; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner al fresco dining all year round; the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvellous cathedral and its Broletto, both worth visiting.

A 10/15-minute walk takes you to Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which you can take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat to the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).

Also on foot, or by renting city bikes, you can reach Villa Olmo and its park, taking the picturesque walk from the Hangar, and Villa Geno along the lakeside promenade of Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek towards the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way.

Within a few minutes' walk there are bars, Italian restaurants, sushi restaurants, car and motorbike rental services.

How to get there:

By car: from the Como Centro exit of the A9 motorway you will reach the flat in 10 minutes, from the Como Lago exit in about 15 minutes.

By public transport: you can easily reach the flat from ‘Como Borghi’ station (10 minutes on foot, 7 by bus). From the station ‘Como San Giovanni’ walk down the steps to the stop ‘Como, S. Rocchetto’ and take the bus N.1 for 9 stops. Get off at the stop ‘Como, S. Chiara’ and in 1 minute walk you will reach the flat. You can also take bus N.6 and N.8.
