FAGGI 21

FAGGI 21 is a functional studio apartment arranged like a two-room apartment and situated near the city centre, next to the Campus LUDES.
The living room is an open space with a single sofa bed that separates the TV area from the double bed; a large closet will contain your whole wardrobe. The small table is perfect for 2, but also suitable for 3; the kitchen is separate and equipped with all the appliances. The bathroom has a modern shower.

The soft colours and the selected pieces of furniture will make you feel at home. The strength of this apartment is the large glazed wall, which lights up the whole house: sit on the laminate flooring and admire the garden in the surrounding area with a glass of good Ticino wine in your hand! You will fall in love with this apartment!

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

Access:
To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 5 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano Paradiso station take about 10 minutes on foot (about 450 m).
