Located in a sunny and scenic neighborhood of Porza, in the hilly area of Lugano, ELIOS APARTMENT is the perfect apartment for families or couples of friends who want to visit the city and Ticino, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
This modern three-room apartment is tastefully furnished, and sky blue is the shade that stands out in the rooms, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
The living room welcomes you with a large, comfortable sofa, where you can read a book or watch a movie with friends. Next to it, there's the dining table, facing the window that opens onto the terrace: lunch and dine al fresco during warm weather, on the table for 4, or have breakfast on the coffee table, looking out over the city and enjoying the mild Ticino climate!
The kitchen is separate, modern and equipped with appliances and everything you need. There are two bedrooms, both double and furnished with wardrobes for storage; one overlooks the terrace. There are also two bathrooms, one large with a bathtub and one with a shower.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
The apartment has private parking in the condominium garage.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

Porza is a residential hillside neighborhood of Lugano, just a 15-minute drive from the center of Lugano, enjoying a beautiful view of the lake. The area and its surroundings is well served by bars and restaurants, and is just minutes from the Lugano Stadium, Skate Park and Corner Arena (Hokey arena).
In 15 minutes you reach the historic city center with its stores, boutiques and cafes, the Lugano Lido, and Ciani Park.
How to get there:
From the A2 highway, take the Lugano Nord exit and set the GPS: in 7 minutes you will reach the apartment.
From Lugano station, take bus No. 461 direction "Tesserete, Belvedere" for 4 stops and get off at "Porza, Belvedere" stop. In 5 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
