This tastefully decorated studio apartment simulates a hotel suite, and is perfect for romantic getaways if you are in a couple! Entering down the hallway is the bathroom on the right, and on the left is the kitchen, complete and equipped to prepare lunches and dinners as at home and serve them on the table for two. In the bedroom, there is the comfortable double bed and storage spaces for the wardrobe.

This room has an outward facing view thanks to the sunny balcony. 

The highlight of the apartment is in the bathroom: enjoy long moments of relaxation at the end of the day in the large, modern shower located in the center of the room!

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Pregassona is a district of the city of Lugano from which you can reach the historic center in just 10 minutes by car. The Exhibition Center, a trade fair center, can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as can Lugano's Lido, Ciani Park and its Villa, and the charming lakefront.

The apartment is within walking distance of the Coop and Aldi Supermarkets, and is in a neighborhood served by many bars and restaurants.

How to get there:

By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano-Nord exit and take the Vedeggio-Cassarate Tunnel: follow the GPS and in 10 minutes you'll reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano station walk to the center about 10 minutes or take bus No.4 direction "Canobbio, Ganna" for 8 stops, and get off at "Lugano, Gerra" stop. From here, take bus No.7 direction "Pregassona, Piazza di Giro" for 6 stops and get off at "Pregassona, Viarnetto" stop. A 50m walk will take you to the apartment.
