Enjoy the daily peace of this wonderful three-room apartment in the hills of the city of Lugano: look out at the sunset from the windows of COLLINA D'ORO and watch the breathtaking view of the lake, with a glass of good Ticino wine, and your vacation will be unforgettable! Tastefully and simply furnished, contrasts play here: the white of the large modern lacquered kitchen, the glass of the dining table, on which the landscape outside is mirrored, and the blue wall.

Next to it is the living room with the comfortable sofa where one can relax reading a book or watching a movie on TV.

The Ceresio landscape is the privilege of a martrimonial room, while the second double bedroom enjoys a beautiful private bathroom, with dark marble-effect tiles and modern shower, accessed through an elegant glass door. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit.

We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. 



Access: To enter the apartment you have to do a SELF CHECK-IN: we will not be there at your arrival, but upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS, with photographs and VIDEO for doing check-in by yourself; you can call us if you need help.

The area is full of cafés and restaurants; the pharmacy and the park are, respectively, just 3 and 5 minutes’ walk away. The centre of Lugano can be reached in 15 minutes by car.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk 4 minutes to reach to "Lugano, Stazione Via Sorengo" stop. Take the bus N.436 (direction Agrà, Roncone) for 8 stops (about 9 minutes) and get off at "Montagnola, Bellevue" stop. Walk for about 2 minutes to get to the building.
