Nestled in the Belluno Dolomites, just a few minutes from Sappada, CHALET APARTMENT is the perfect choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in a mountain setting without compromising on functionality.
The spacious and bright living area consists of an open-plan living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, seamlessly blending into the rustic ambiance. The mountain-style furniture design enhances every corner and detail, while the wooden walls and floors reflect the authenticity of Alpine tradition, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, you can directly access the balcony, which offers a panoramic view of the surrounding nature.
The two well-organized and spacious bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people: one with a double bed, and one with a double bed and a bunk bed.
The bathroom, featuring a distinctive wooden sink counter that matches the apartment’s style, includes a comfortable bathtub with a shower and a bidet. Quality bedding, towels.
Small pets are accepted, for an additional charge.
The apartment also offers free private parking.
Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

CHALET APARTMENT is located in Presenaio, a small village in San Pietro di Cadore, surrounded by the Belluno Dolomites near the border with Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This area is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, with ancient forests and vast green meadows. A few kilometers from the apartment, you will find several mountain huts and traditional restaurants, such as Baita Pian Dei Osei and Rifugio Forcella Zovo.
About a 10-minute drive away, Sappada enchants visitors with its traditional wooden architecture and charming hamlets, such as Sappada Vecchia, where houses are built using the "Blockbau" technique. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of ski slopes suitable for all skill levels, as well as numerous scenic trails winding through snowy landscapes. Families will love Nevelandia, a snow park that guarantees fun for the little ones.
Not far away, about 30 minutes by car, you can admire the stunning Tre Cime di Lavaredo, a unique rock formation offering spectacular views and some of the most famous hiking trails in the Dolomites.
How to get there:
By car: From the A27 highway, take State Road SS51 towards Cadore-Dolomiti/Cortina. Set your GPS, and you will reach the apartment in about an hour.
By train: From Treviso station, take the regional train towards Belluno and get off at "Ponte Nelle Alpi Poplet" (9 stops, about 1 hour). From there, transfer to a train heading to Calalzo Pieve Cadore Cortina and get off at the final stop. From Calalzo F.S. station, take bus 033, which reaches Presenaio in about 40 minutes.
