Located inside a typical Leventina Valley house in the picturesque village of Osco, the apartment welcomes you into its living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair from which to watch a movie with friends or relax while looking at the landscape from the window overlooking the village rooftops. The sofa becomes a double bed for the night. Wood is the protagonist here, as in the spacious and bright master bedroom, with a double window from which to admire the view of the surrounding mountains and a closet in which to store your wardrobe.

The kitchen is livable, complete and accessorized with everything you need to prepare and serve meals: dine with the family on the table for 4 enjoying the typical products of the area, and you will feel at home!

A bathroom with a shower concludes the apartment.

A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 

The house does not have private parking, but you can park in Osco's free public parking lots.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Osco is a picturesque village in the Leventina Valley where time seems to stand still among typical houses made of wood and stone, the wash house, the Municipal House.

Here it feels like being high in the mountains, albeit only 40 minutes from the nearest town, Bellinzona. 

Faido, the largest municipality in the Leventina, can be reached in 13 minutes by car: here you will find 3 supermarkets, a famous bakery that bakes typical products, 2 pharmacies, a butcher's shop and a dairy of local products.

Among the most visited natural landscapes in the area are the wonderful Piumogna waterfalls, which are very popular with tourists in summer.

For mountain lovers, there are many hiking trails on the peaks of Pizzo Pettine, Pizzo Molare, Pizzo Forno and Carì, famous for its popular ski area during the winter, which can be reached in 15 minutes.

Chironico, a major destination for climbers from all over Europe, is 25 minutes away: this is where many sportsmen come to boulder in the Bouldering Area created thousands of years ago. 

How to get there:

By car, either from the south (Bellinzona) or the north (Erstfeld) from the A2 highway take exit 43 - Faido towards Faido and set the GPS: in 13 minutes you will reach the apartment.

By train, from Lugano or Bellinzona take the S10 train towards Airolo for 7 stops and get off at the "Faido" stop. From here take bus No. 118 direction "Osco, Paese" for 6 stops and get off at "Osco, Paese."
