As you enter, you are greeted by a bright open-plan living room, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we think it is only fair that you should be able to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa) and a massive dining table for six. Wood paneling lends a cozy and authentic feel, while the stone-effect tile floor complements the room's rustic charm, enhanced by paintings and antiques. The wooden kitchen, with its splendid marble countertop and equipped with everything you need, invites you to happily prepare your own meals. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy: the master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second is furnished with a bunk bed, perfect for younger guests. The functional bathroom is complete with a toilet, bidet and shower, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. Outside, the balcony invites you to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the surrounding panoramic view. For added convenience, we provide a convenient ski storage room, ideal for safely storing your equipment and making the most of Madesimo's snowy slopes. Quality bedding, towels and toiletries are provided. We also leave a gift basket with the necessities for your breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.

The apartment does not offer private parking but public parking can be found in the condominium area. 

Smoking is prohibited. Any commercial activity inside the apartment is prohibited.

Access: Please note that you will enter the apartment by performing a SELF CHECK-IN. After successfully completing the online registration, you will be sent an email with INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to independently access the apartment. How to get there: 

By Car: From the Italian highway A9 direction “Chiasso,” take exit A59 “Como Centro” and proceed following the GPS for about 2 hr 15 min in the direction of Pianazzo. The apartment is located on the right. 

By train/bus: You can also reach Pianazzo by public transportation. The nearest train station is Chiavenna, which is 20 km away and can be reached by train from Milan (Milan-Tirano route and then Colico-Chiavenna). From Chiavenna it is possible to get to Pianazzo by bus, with scheduled buses coinciding with the arrival and departure of trains.
