ANGY APARTMENT is located about 10 minutes from Fermo, a renowned town in the Marche region, right by the sea, in an ideal location for those who want to experience the beauty of the Adriatic view every day. The apartment consists of a cozy open space with a wooden kitchen, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating two additional guests (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). From the living room, you can directly access a spacious covered terrace with a sea view, ideal for relaxing outdoors or sharing meals with friends and family, enjoying the sea breeze. The sleeping area includes a bright double bedroom, where the space has been cleverly organized with a practical bridge wardrobe integrated into the headboard of the bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower and a washing machine, ensuring comfort and functionality.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have private parking, but there are numerous free public parking spaces in the area.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Guests have the access of the whole apartment.

The local beach, equipped with numerous bars and beach establishments, is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, within a 10-minute drive, the seaside towns of Porto San Giorgio and Porto Sant'Elpidio offer beautiful sandy beaches and a lively tourist atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities for seaside walks, water sports, and sunbathing. Also about a 10-minute drive away, the town of Fermo offers a wide range of attractions combining history, culture, and natural beauty. Walking through the historic center, you cannot miss visiting Piazza del Popolo, the heart of the town, surrounded by elegant historic buildings. The Palazzo dei Priori, with its majestic medieval architecture, houses important collections, including the Pinacoteca Civica and the Sala del Mappamondo. By car, from the E35 highway, take the exit for Porto Sant'Elpidio. Heading toward San Tommaso Tre Archi, it will take about 5 minutes to reach the apartment. By train: The nearest station is Porto San Giorgio Fermo, connected to several locations in Italy and along the Adriatic Coast. From the Porto S.Giorgio - Ss.16 (Bar Italia) bus stop, take the bus heading towards Civitanova Marche and get off at San Tommaso. The property is about 400 meters away.
